Hello! My name is Rachel. I photograph wild horse spirits. I am so grateful you are here.

To me wild horse spirits are angels. I believe they are the protectors of all hearts on earth. I go to be with them, to witness them, to know Earth and sky through them.

In a shared glimpse my camera becomes a bridge between hearts. My intention is that you can feel their heart, their spirit.

Wild horse spirits are ancient beings that have always been with us. Many lifetimes we have lived with wild horse spirits. Side by side as family. The world as we know it stands because we built it together.

The current state of our relationship with wild horse spirits isn’t the greatest. Today many are taken from their homelands and families. While others thankfully remain hidden from those that seek to remove them from their ancestral homes.

There are wild horse spirits that are protected and beloved by their communities. I am deeply grateful for those humans, their big hearts, and sacrifices that make it possible. Grateful for their continued dedication to wild horse spirits.

I have it on my heart to pray for protection over all wild horse spirits on earth and to share glimpses of their angelic spirits.

I know that prayers for wild horse spirits are also prayers for all hearts on Earth. They are us and we are them. May we remember that we are all one.
